Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment At Grave Shift Coffee and Tea, we take pride in every product we ship. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

Coffee & Tea Products — All Sales Final Because all coffee and tea is roasted fresh the same day your order is placed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations on coffee or tea products once an order has been submitted. Returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@graveshiftcoffeeandtea.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories) All merchandise is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, so please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items Items marked as Final Sale — including limited edition products, clearance items, and promotional or discounted items — are not eligible for return or refund. Final Sale items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Subscription Orders Subscription orders can be modified or cancelled at any time prior to your next billing date through your account. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Subscription orders follow the same return policy as regular orders once fulfilled.

Refund Process Once your issue is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Contact Us To report an issue with your order, email us at info@graveshiftcoffeeandtea.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
