If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
Coffee and tea products are prepared fresh to order, and fulfillment timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Certain merchandise items are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers, and fulfillment times may vary.
