Thank you for shopping with Grave Shift Coffee and Tea. We’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee and tea to your door as efficiently and reliably as possible.
Order Processing
Orders in the queue are processed every business day for the following day.
We process the number of orders we expect to be able to roast and ship that day to ensure quality and consistency. Orders received later in the day will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
Typical processing time is 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Freshness Commitment
Every order is crafted specifically for you. We don’t pull products off a shelf—your coffee is prepared fresh to order for maximum flavor and quality. That process takes a little time, but the result is coffee that arrives at its peak. Trust us—it’s worth the wait.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Each order is unique. Packaging and shipping methods are selected based on what is best for your specific order to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We currently ship using:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping Timeframes
- Order Processing Time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping (Transit) Time: 1–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Options
At this time, we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.
Because each order is freshly prepared and fulfillment times vary, expedited shipping can create unrealistic delivery expectations. Our process is designed to ensure the best balance of quality, freshness, and reliability.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $45.00.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- High order volume
Grave Shift Coffee and Tea is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
