Our Specialty Grade Colombian Single-Origin Medium Roast is sourced from the Tolima region of Colombia, where fertile volcanic soils, abundant rainfall, and a cool mountain climate create ideal conditions for producing coffees celebrated for their sweetness, balance, and clarity. Grown at elevations of 1,200 to 2,000 meters (3,900–6,600 feet), the coffee cherries are fully washed and carefully sun-dried, preserving the clean, vibrant character that has made Colombian coffee one of the most respected origins in the world.

Roasted in small batches to a balanced medium profile, Slow is Smooth delivers notes of milk chocolate and caramel, a smooth finish, and a naturally balanced cup that's equally enjoyable black or with a splash of cream.
